Why won't my Windows 7 detect my W10M?

Why my windows 7 won't detect my w10m ?

i got this issues when i install w10m, on wp8.1 my pc still detect the phone. do i need to install any drivers?

ON Win 7 go to Device list and start the plug and plya new devices search, it'll try to find drivers on Windoiws Update.
Win8.1 and 10 has got app and drivers for phones inside already
