Why won't my windows store open on lumia 535?

Everytime I click on the app store, it says there's an error and gives me an error code. I am not able to get into the store or download any apps. I've tried some ways to fix it but they haven't done anything. How do I fix it?

Try holding the power button and the volume down key at the same time till it vibrates. It does a soft reset.
