Why wont Windows 10 loadstore apps

Windows Central Question

Windows 10 is trying to load store apps but it wont the circle goes around
and around but wont load ?

I'm having trouble downloading anything from the store today. It keeps loading and then eventually stops and says "problem with your download something happened on ourside" is this what your talking about?
