Why won't Windows 10 preview 9926 install on my notebook 15 hp?

I'm having a problem with installing technical preview of windows 10 on my pc notebook 15 hp....it failed almost 10 of times to install...
And now even my system is not shutting down by command i have to force it by pressing button for a long time to shut

Clean install from boot media or upgrading?

If installing the iso file fails then you can use the update option from pc settings and update to the latest build.
If this is the first build of preview you are trying to install make sure you have registered in the insider program.
You can try getting an iso of previous version of technical preview....(build 9879) and check wether it installls correctly! If nothing works try doing a system restore and restore ur pc to an earlier date...
