Wi-Fi not turning off when I lock phone.

Hey, this problem has only just started, I have the Lumia 625 and with Windows Phones you have the option to disconnect from the Internet when you lock your screen to save battery, but for some reason when I lock my screen it stays on, I have turned my phone on and off and gone into Wi-Fi settings and it is all set up.

My battery is now running down extremely fast, usually I could go to sleep and wake up with my phone being fully charged still or in the 90% - 100% area, but when I woke up this morning my phone was on 15%.

How do I fix this error?

and untick this option
-keep Wi-Fi on when screen times out

Yes I know, I kinda mention that in my post, it worked fine and now nothing!

Did you check "internet sharing" is off?

I would think it's something else. I have noticed that leaving the wifi connected has little to no effect on my battery. Of course, cases may vary, but I wouldn't automatically assume it is that.

Must be because of something else. I'm turning on Wifi/3G/GPS 24/24 and have no issue so far.
