Wierd Battery Indicator

I bought beautiful Lumia 920 last week from Orange UK and portico update was already installed.

Here are two screenshots of battery usage...

First one I took at 11:37 am. The phone was charged to full at 4 am in the morning. During these 8 hours I did not used the phone at all only wifi was on.
2nd screenshot: I took at 1:56 pm, time since last charge is actually due to the transfer of previous screenshot to pc.

These two screenshots shows the behavior of battery app. At 99%, the estimated time remaining is 16 hours but at 97% it is 2 days 3 hours. I used phone for couple of calls and texts after first screenshot but even then the estimated remaining time has increased instead of decrease. The battery app is not tracking and reading properly.

I just checked it again and it reads 93% with 15 hours estimated time remaining..

Don't worry about it. It basically calculates what it thinks the battery will last for based on how it is being used. The figures can safely be ignored.

I also dunt it actually means something serious. I mean you would be better off ignoring it

The calculator of how much time u have remaining works like this - it calculates the usage in battery % every 30 mins. According to the average it tells u how much the battery will last. So, in the morning, after charging, and not using the phone at all for 3-4 hrs, I get around 3-4 days battery life time. But if I use it really heavily, the battery life decreases to just 3-4 hrs. I had Battery Sense installed, and have monitored my usage stats. There were times when I was using just 0.5% and also, there were times when I was using around 35% (per hour).
So don't bother

No need for a hard reset. It's normal behavior and can be safely ignored
