wifi and bluetooth tabs greyed out

both my wifi and Bluetooth tabs are greyed out..i cant switch them on, for Bluetooth it is showing loading..and for wifi its giving error, cant do this at the moment,try again in a little while,if problem continues restart your phone and try again. I have done soft reset and hard reset, still problem persists. is it a hardware problem. someone please help.

The last thing you can try is to flash a different firmware, if the problem persists, it's hardware related

I'm having the exact same issue. I believe it happened after an app update. My wifi just continues to load and never turns on. Hard reset did not fix it.

tried flashing another firmware..no use.. but started working when trying the trick for iPhone 4s similar problem..keep in fridge for 10mins...... then it will work for half an hour or something ..then again same problem... I think its hardware trouble....

My gf have the same problem with Iphone 4S. It's a faulty device. Search for Nokia Care.
