wifi & Cellular data question

i have my wifi on but wifi setting: "keep wifi on when screen times out" is off. also i disable cellular data. will i still get info pushed to my phone?

when im at home. which network will my phone use when both are on when i surf the net on the phone; will it be my cellular data or wifi?

is there any software that automatically turn off cellular data when connected to wifi and vise vera?

If you have deisabled cellular then thats it, it wont be using 3g at all and only wifi when you are by a hotspot. The cellular feature being on would allow you to have information pushed to your device from anywhere.
