wifi connection

I've windows 10 on my 535. I tried to connect my phone to college WiFi,it connected but it showed as no internet connection but my other friends who are android users they'll get connection and use that WiFi.I tried manual proxy and even that didn't worked , luckily it gets connected sometimes but can't get any data.. It happens with both WiFi at college. Today i tried to connect windows 10 pc even it showed the same as no internet connection but its getting connected for windows 8 pc and android devices
