WiFi dropped while restoring backup! [help]

Hi guys, i really need some help here. This is not the first time i encounter this - WiFi suddenly drops while i'm restoring backup after the hard reset. The last time i hard reset my phone 2 or 3 months ago this problem showed up too, and i ended purchasing one day data just to restore my backups. I'm very sure the router doesn't have any problems because my laptop is working well with it.

Anyone has faced this problem before? Is this the WP 8.1 software problem?

Never heard of it, try a bunch of times or restore while using another router or share the cabled connection of your laptop and use it's wifi, basic troubleshooting like that...
Try resetting with the Nokia tool!

I've tested the windows phone with wi-fi several times and it sucks on wi-fi, i don't know why, I've tested against a motorola razr i and against a iphone 5 and for some reason the wi-fi connection always drop on my lumia 820, I've even try testing it with the lumia connected alone and I don't know why but the wi-fi connection on the lumia it's not stable, it must be a problem with the hardware or something.
