WiFi off when Battery saver on

every frikin time the battery runs low and battery saver turns on, my wifi automatically turns off.
and often times i don't even know about it since frikin microsoft designed the status bar up top to hide itself after a few seconds.
updated angry bird yesterday over cellular by accident. wasted 20 MB of data while being at HOME having strong wifi.
whose bright idea it was to shut off wifi randomly???
anyone have similar issue?

It's standard behaviour for WP phones when battery is low.... If you don't want Wi-Fi to shut off, turn off Battery Saver...

It really is as simple as that.

Market also tells you which connection it is using when it is downloading...
