WiFi on 8.1

I have Sky broadband with 2 WiFi extenders. Is there any app or setting I can use so my phone Lumina 1320 on 8.1 dev that can connect automatically to the strongest signal. If I go out side to my man cave it will stay connected to the house extender but go down to one bar, so I have to enter flight mode, then disable again then select the Wifi. This will then update and grab the nearest extender in 5 bar. Obviously I then have to do vise versa when I go back in my house.
