Is wifi sharing fixed in the latest update?

after update and hard reset, it works for me, on initial setup it failed, but after reset worked fine, after reset, you can restore from backup, so it's just the time it takes to update all apps (which I prefer) so they install on top of a new build, rather than the other way around.
Logically, it makes more sense to install apps "over" a new update.

Cool, I have not tried this yet. I have to make a little road trip, so I may try it today to see if it all works. I have not hard reset my phone in the past three updates.
