Will Amazon charge me to replace my phone?

I got a Nokia Lumia 900 off amazon and it had data issues after I updated the phone. So they sent me a replacement. Well after a couple of days of using the phone I started having data issues again and called Amazon and they are sending me another phone. Well while waiting for the replacement I dropped the phone on the ground and it damaged a corner. The screen and back of the phone still looks new but one corner has slight damage. If I send it back will they charge me for the phone?

hmm if its just a little scrash i doubt it.

BUT if they open the phone and find *broken parts or lose parts* they very well could charge you cash for *physical damage*

but if its juts a little nick i doubt it , they change the CASE of the phone and send it back as refurbish to an other client.
