Will Blu Win HD LTE get Windows 10

I am planning to buy Blu Win hd lte smartphone. But I don't know whether it will be upgraded to Windows 10. Also, it has ex specs. I think it is the first windows phone to have a 64 bit processor. But why can't I install windows 10 TP on this phone? If anyone one has any information, kindly let me know.

It is slated to get W10M when the RTM is finalized and then tested by BLU. The reason that you cannot put the Tech Preview on the phone is a failsafe. Insider checks the model and if there is no recovery image for the device in WDRT, then no Tech Preview will install. This failsafe has been in place for a few months now.
