Will cortana support the dutch (Netherlands) language in 2019

I'm asking for this functionality for many years now. Google does support the Dutch language now (2018). And everyone around me is buying google devices.

If Microsoft want to be relevant in the Netherlands on this subject they need to support the Dutch language in 2019.

Do you think they will support the dutch language in 2019?
