will I ever get Phone Profiles app on WP?

have had my 1st WP (Nokia 930 Denim) for about 6 weeks now and I still miss the ability to set a Phone Profile (eg in Meeting, Outdoors, Silent etc) which will automatically set up ringer/notification volumes etc.

it isn't helped by the problematic selection of the dropdown ringer slidebar via the volume key - I can rarely get it to display on the 1st touch, sometimes takes 3 or 4

I did read somewhere where the new ringer design prohibited access by apps; will this always be the case you think?

is this an app desire never to be fulfilled?

If it's still missing on Windows 10, I also hope that they will give access to those settings via an API, I would create the app myself it possible
