Will I have to download updates again after restarting the phone?

I got a notification from my phone telling me that I have about 19 new updates for my Lumia 520 phone. However, I want to know that if I was to download and have these updates installed and then later in the future if I was to reset my phone, would these updates be lost and I have to redownload and reinstall them again or are they saved? Thanks.

Yes, I mean resetting the phone.

Reset and restart it is not the same. Reset je as remove, and restart is reboot system.

If you reset your device and have to download your apps again it will download the newest version available on the store. The only exception is apps that are pre-installed on your rom. Those will be the old version.
