Will lumia 730 ever get lumia camera 5.0?

I m thinking to buy a new a lumia...I m confused whether to buy a lumia 730 or lumia 640.... I m looking for a camera phone...I know that lumia 730 has carl zeiss lens and also an aperture of 1.9 so i guess technically lumia 730's camera would be better but the problem is will it ever get lumia camera 5.0? As it has better algorithms for low light, rich capture etc etc..

I believe it will become the default camera app in Windows 10.

Hope it will. I'm also hoping that it will come as a default camera for windows 10 for phones.
