Will my contacts be deleted if I reset My Nokia Lumia 520?

Since my phone is switching off i decided to reset my phone. So Will my contacts be deleted if I reset My Nokia Lumia 520?

They will be deleted from the phone with a hard reset, but will re-download back to the phone after the reset. It may take d some time, depending on how many contacts you have.

I have Nokia Lumia 820 and some contacts are saved but when I tap them to delete, the option is not showing there where it's supposed to be.. I am not able to delete them how should I? tell me please.
