Will resuming/loading issue be gone in windows 10?

Resuming/Loading is a pretty annoying & big issue in windows phone.
i think it is a very big issue everyone is undermining.

It is really annoying - but it's mostly prevalent on low mem devices. You know, the ones that sell the most :/

On my 1520 it occurs rarely, when in here drive and reverting back to the start screen, our doing something heavy, intensive.

More memory address that, of course, and, I think, going forward, wp will have 1gb ram as minimum. This is a good thing.
