Will the 1520 get Windows 10?

Yes. Many people are already using Windows 10 on their 1520s through the Insider program.

Until the official release date and after your carrier has tested and approved the update, yes.

You're probably correct - I'm in the same boat. BUT ...
The next version is RTM, I toyed with installing current version ... I'll probably install 10586 a couple of days AFTER release (give the bugs some time to work themselves out, perhaps a hotfix)

I'm on ATT and Insiders Preview is the only way to get in Win10

I have the 1520.3 and signed up for the insider program, however when I check for updates I still don't see W10M.
