Will the 925 get a windows 10 update?

I could of sworn reading that it will be one of the phones that will get a windows 10 update unless I read wrong. So will we?

Of course it will get. Other Lumias with Snapdragon 200 processors may not get the full Windows 10 mobile. This is what I know.

That is all in the hands of the carrier of they decide to push the update. For example, in the USA, neither AT&T nor T-Mobile have mentioned their intentions to update the 925s that use their network. AT&T hasn't even pushed Lumia Denim for its version of the 925. Same goes for the 1520. If any phone should get the official update, it would that since it is a flagship device. You can technically update to the current RTM build via the insider program and bypass the carrier. It's almost a wait & see game right now.

You may not want to upgrade to W10. I've heard of phones becoming extremely laggy and become just unresponsive. Make sure it will be ok to upgrade, even if you can. I'm not going to upgrade my 925.

Try the TP. I am running Win10 Insider on my L925 and it works well.

Pretty sure there is some talk already on performance - also check out the Lumia 820, 920, and 928 which has the same specs as the 925.
