Will the 950 XL work on Verizon?

It seems as though all of the cool [except the icon] windows phones are on At&T. Wondering if I will be able to take advantage of this new unlocked phone

I'm not confident considering Verizon's treatment of previous phones.

Looking at the specs page and looking up Verizon's network info, this device supports 2 out of the 3 LTE bands Verizon uses(1700/2100 MHz AWS "XLTE" and 1900 MHz PCS). If I recall correctly, that last band (700 MHz Block C) is the one that Verizon is required to allow unlocked devices on. It's also the one that 4G data launched on initially and is now used for voice also. So it's kind of a toss up really.

I know that VoLTE is a real thing now so maybe this will work in that mode only?
