I think the 1520's Snapdragon 800 SoC lacks features necessary to use Continuum.

Honestly even the 950 only just gets by on Continuum. I wouldn't want to test it on anything less powerful.

Maybe in the future when Microsoft refines Continuum and lowers the minimum specs required. I know the long-term goal is to get it on more affordable phones, so I think it is possible. I wouldn't hold my breath though.
