Will the Surface Book 2's Keyboard be Alcantara?

As a current Surface Book user, I really like the full magnesium casing. Truthfully, after using a Surface RT, Surface 2, and Surface Pro 3 for many years, I can honestly say I don't even want to return to using a fabric base or keyboard.

Do we think that the Surface team will continue with this Alcantara trend? Or will the Surface Book 2 see a return to magnesium?

I agree. While it looks good, Alcantara isn't as durable as metal.

I for one would love to see the shift to Alcantara. The look and feel are very distinctive and premium IMHO.
