Hoping it'll come sooner for 512mb processors.

MS was clear: there will be not a 2nd upgrade wave. 512 MB lumia are not compatible well with win10, I was testing that day after day on my spare 520 with Insider program since last summer.
Phone became slower and slower, updtate after update.

Now newbies with not eligible phones cannot enter Insider program now
