Will this be locked to ATT?

If I can use one of these on TMo like I did with the 1020 I will buy it. Are tablets with LTE locked? Do the sellers typically provide unlock codes?

I'm guessing that if you do buy it through AT&T then you will be locked to their LTE network. Hopefully, it comes unlocked if you buy it from like Best Buy or other retailers. It's also being offered through Verizon.

I'm really looking forward to getting the Lumia 2520, but all these restrictions from carriers makes things so difficult for Nokia fans like myself. Sorry for the rant, but please, if any one knows how to obtain an unlocked Lumia 2520, please do share!

I think T-Mobile's new policy of a SIM card with 200MB of free monthly data will cause AT&T and Verizon to keep their tablets locked up. We just need to wait and see and this point.
