Will This Hybrid Meet My Needs?

I'm considering buying a hybrid with an Intel Atom Z3736F and 2GB RAM
I wanted to know if this should be enough for my needs which is:
Light Photoshop and moderate/heavy GIMP/Paint.NET editing
Word/PowerPoint
Light video editing/rendering(Wondershare Filmora)
Gaming(mainly legacy games like NFS U2 but some comparatively recent games like Minecraft and Skyrim on ultra low)
Also its the HP Pavilion 2 2015 gor those who are wondering
