Yes, with Windows 10, with whatever device you are using, as long as it has Bluetooth capability you can connect speakers, keyboard, mouse, and most other Bluetooth peripherals.

PC/laptop/tablet?? it depends on whether or not your device had the option to do it in the first place. Otherwise you can invest in a Bluetooth dongle
