Will WordPress make an app for Windows Phone?

In the last few days I got a new Windows Phone. (A Lumia 640.) I had an old Lumia 928 previously. So previously I had a WordPress app on my 928, which if I read the Info page correctly is an app actually written by WordPress. Naturally I wanted to get the same app onto my 640, so I got into the store, found something there named WordPress and lo and behold it ain't it. (It is a third party app for Windows Phone, but it isn't what I had previously.)

I've checked in the Store and it doesn't look like the app is there anymore.

So my question is two fold. First, am I wrong? Is there in the Store a WordPress app for the Lumia 640?

Second question, it looks to me as though there isn't one. This makes me wonder, does anyone know if WordPress is working on a Universal App for Windows 10, that would cover both PC and Mobile?

Nope. They clearly haven't any plan to bring back their app on windows phone store.
