Win 10 Insider preview to Win 10

I have installed Win 10 insider Preview. how can i upgrade to win 10. help needed.

If you can't get the update via Windows Update (in Settings), the best thing to do is to roll back to your original Windows version and upgrade to Windows 10 from there. Note that if Insider Preview has been installed for longer than 30 days, you will not be able to roll back. If that's the case you will have to clean install Windows 10 or your original version of windows.
