Win 10 Pro install problem - No Update option

Hi,

Have just used a DVD to install windows 10 Pro and it did install and boots up fine.
Trouble is there is no option to Update in Control Panel.
System only says Win 10 Pro no version #.

It is connected to net okay and everything else seems fine.

1607 Build 14393.5

How can I correct this please as I can't do anything until it is updated.

I've decided to reinstall from the latest Win Pro iso.
It is doing it now

Backup your data
Create bootable usb
Clean install windows 10

Yes I downloaded media creation tool exe and initiated it from within explorer in the running Win 10.
It is all set up now with latest updates.
