Win 8.1 : Connection too slow for store and update but not the rest

Hi folks,
There it is, I just got a refurbished Pro 2 which came with Win 8.1.:excited:

Yesterday I set it up and all went well tons of update an so on.
But now I can get anything from the store I have a message telling that my connection is too slow. When I check for update of Windows it never stops looking for it...
I tried another connection it is the same
and by the way I watch movies online the connection was very good.
I disabled windows defender and the firewall but it the same.

Any Idea what can I do ?

clear the cache , and reboot your device. Huge cache files may affect the internet speed which has been reported by other users as well.

Thank you...I upgraded to Windows 10.
