Win10_1511_English_x64 Installation error code 0x80070570 at 40%

I just download Win10_1511_English_x64 from Microsoft website with download manager but every time I try to install it I got error code 0x80070570 at 40%.

This is very disappointed Microsoft :unhappy: i'll try to download the iso with media creation tool and that will be my last try.
