Win32/Skeeyah.A!bit

Why does Windows Defender detect a virus "Win32/Skeeyah.A!bit" in the olinstall.exe and then quarantine it? Any replies are appreciated.

Looks like malware from an install script.
Microsoft security reports this as a trojan.
