Window App store is not working in lumia 535

[Windows Central Question]

Window App store is open when connected to mobile network but cant open when connected to wifi. I restore my phone to factory setting many times but it doesnt work same problem again. I have lumia 535

have you tried a different wifi? The wifi might be the issue
