window phone store not loading well

there are no picture thumbnail inside window store?

Could you share a little more detail? Are you using a WiFi or a mobile connection? If it's the latter, which speed (2G, 3G ...)? Which OS version are you running? This is important, since the layout of the store changed from 8.0 to 8.1.

i m using wifi. ..its also not downloading apps,, error is attention required , tap here
other things in phone are opening fine
actually i just saw in my laptop . .and store pics are also not opening in laptop too
i dont know if problem are interrelated but .. facebook and window store have problem in my laptop.
other sites open pretty good

Have you tried using a different WiFi connection? If it's an issue across several devices and not only WP, I assume it's related to the connection itself rather than any of the devices.

I would definitely try and see if you face the same issues on other WiFi networks and/or a mobile connection too. This should help narrow down the cause.

Try clearing temp files , history and cache files from Firefox. Also use a different browser. I will recommend you internet explorer 11. As I can see you haven't updated your laptop to windows 8.1. I will highly recommend you to update to 8.1 update 1 since windows 8 will no longer receive security patches / updates from Microsoft.

MTNL ? I had this problem 2 days ago. I contacted them on 1504 and they said that there is a heavy load on some servers (DNS if I am not wrong ). It was fixed automatically.

First of all go start screen , type check for updates and then hit check for updates. Install all the necessary updates(it might reboot your machine ). Then head into windows store and you will see a big option that's says update to windows 8.1 for free. It might take some time to download the file. Once it's downloaded it might again reboot your machine couple of times. After that just check your computer for updates last time and install the updates if available

Nope. Sorry I don't have any DVD. Windows 8 was preinstalled on my machine. Later I updated it latest version available (8.1 update 1 ).

it was not preinstalled in my laptop .. i did it with dvd .. so i guess i need to find dvd of 8.1

No, you don't need a DVD. Just follow the steps Himanshu described.
