Windows 10 2nd install problems

I discovered missing files when I was trying to get the windows 10 tiles back when starting up. I have a HP G72 laptop. When I look in the event file, there are all kinds of errors. It takes me about 2-3 min. to boot up since the second install. Most of the problems are since the second install of windows 10. I now have blurry text, scrolling screen, missing files. etc. Can you suggest a virus free driver update program or a free windows 10 repair tool? I tried a few and got virus's. I am not a computer tech and it is getting to be too much for me.

Try to refresh w10. Settings > update > recovery > click on the "get started" button under the "Reset this pc" option > you get 2 options: 1. keep my files or 2. remove everything > select "keep my files" > sit back
