Windows 10 action center notification issue

Hello,

My action center icon reguarly turns white and makes a notification sounds. However if I open it, it never displays any message... It just says 'no notification'.

This was not an issue the day I upgraded. Then various messages woul stack up in there. But now, not a single message will display there..

I have a similar problem too, it always shows as new notifications when I start my computer and when I click on it there isn't any new notifications. I do get regular notifications after that but it is annoying that it shows every time I start my computer.

Just an update to my earlier post, I am no longer getting any notifications at all, have tried sending emails from my phone to my desktop and they go through ok but no sign of any notification at all, and that is with Outlook, Windows 10 Mail App and eMailClient. No system notifications any more either.
