Windows 10 Anniversary Update problems with the Dell XPS 13 2016

Hello there.
Since the update I'm having performance issues. Edge freezes all the time.
when a notification comes, it just shows there in the corner and doesn't go away.
I updated everything to the last version via the dell website. had a fresh Windows through Microsoft's tool. and everything is terrible now.
I want to know if someone is having the same problems and if there's any solution.

I think you can reset edge in settings > system > apps > select edge and advanced options - reset - that might solve edge issues

my mistake, that isn't in the list unfortunately.
Do you have extensions installed?
