Windows 10 automatic updates

The last two times Windows 10 has done automatic updates, my HP All-In-One Printer will not work, keep getting "spooler error", last time the Geek Squad took five days to isolate and fix problem. After they fixed it, I could only print with a hard wired connection. Today Windows 10 updated again and now the printer does not work again. Has anyone had issues after updates with their printers. Reloading drivers does not fix the problem
