Windows 10 build 17758 ISOs now available as 17758.1004 hits Slow ring

A fresh cumulative update for Slow ring Insiders comes alongside the release of the ISO files for build 17758.

While Fast ring Insiders are getting treated to a fresh October 2018 Update test build today, Microsoft isn't leaving Slow ring Insiders out in the cold.
