Windows 10 can't connect to a service

Hi guys. I need help with Windows 10 build 10586 (desktop). I can't connect to services such as twitter or YouTube. I first noticed this when I recently installed Fenice for twitter. At first I thought it was an issue with the app, but I tried Tweetium and Hyper for YouTube, and neither was able to connect to their respective services. Any help would be appreciated.
