Would you mind disclosing what problems you have that prompted you to do Reset ?
Maybe we can help you solve the problems without having to do Reset.
If Reset is impossible, the next option is to do a Repair Install.
Repair Install allows you to keep your files, settings and apps.
No product key is required.
Activation is automatic.
Which Win 10 version do you have ?
If you are not sure, please do this......
Left click at Start button > click Settings > select System > left side, at the bottom, click About.
What does it say under :
Edition
Version
OS Build
Please post back the answer.

Sorry, Windows 10 Home does not support Bitlocker Encryption.
If you have no intention to keep your files, settings and apps, do a Clean Install.
Will that be acceptable ?
No I don't actually I've already backed them up.
I'm sorry. I don't understand what you said.( English is my 3rd language).
Clean Install not acceptable ?
but my PC did reset fully.
So, problem solved.
Congrats.
