WIndows 10 Customization

Hey guys I been a huge fan of altering the look of how Windows look all the way back to windows xp. Though since windows 8 and up it seem impossible. Though I wonder under Windows 10 is it possible to make it look like Windows Longhorn? I know back with Windows Xp/7 it was a peace of cake if you knew what to do with the .dll files an such. I try looking online and im not finding anything except articles on how to make windows 10 look like windows 7 im like meh.
