Windows 10 download frozen??

Tried installing windows 10 onto my Lumia 630 but for some reason it just days "downloading 0%" it's been almost 2 days and it STILL hasn't downloaded. Any suggestions??

one way to find out is to report it via MS feedback or website. I would say if you look up or post on MS forums their tech team will surely find out what is going on.
