Please got to Settings > Extras & Info... What is the Manufacturer Name? What is the MobileOperator?

Have you tired using the Upgrade Advisor App? What does it say?

If your device is carrier branded you will have to wait for carrier approval of the upgrade package (even if you unlocked the phone for use with another SIM).

Advisor tells me that I am eligible, working with my provider and manufacturer and will notify me when approved. My device 1520 has current update and Denim, this is very frustrating

I have a sim free 640 which gives the same message. Am using a UK EE sim in it. Thought sim free devices should be ok. My sim free 930 upgraded OK ( UK 3 sim)
