Windows 10 for 2nd PC

Hi all,

I just built a new pc and bought win 10, i love the connection with my 640 xl phone.
I have an old laptop running Vista.
Question Can i buy a 2nd win 10 to upgrade Vista laptop or get a deal for multilevel users.

You can but you can't upgrade from Vista, it has to be a clean install. The other way to do it is to buy and install Windows 7 then upgrade for free.
