If you have installed Windows 10 Insider Preview on your phone: Do you have 4G in settings, as a fastest connection speed?

My Lumia 1020 running build 10586.36 has that, and it works. But due to high battery drains under that setting (it's a local service provider issue, not the phone), I keep mine set at 3G as the fastest.
